Are you leaving an impact on the world?
Is it out of reach? or have you just not streached yourself far enough?

Today is the PRESENT
Open it!”

………………………………………………………

How do you know it’s time to keep               holding on? or to let go?

Why do you matter?

What are you passionate about?

Joy

Sometime today I will reach 5000 views for this year.  Last year I only had a little over 6100 for the whole year, so this is a tremendous milestone for me.  I would like to share my joy and gratitude with all of my readers. Thank you, thank you for making this possible and please enjoy my humble gift.

Free printable artwork to say thanks

I have been so blessed. I was reminded that I have only been in business for about a year and a half and that I made a number of accomplishments.  That was a powerful statement for me, perhaps you could even call it an ephiphany. I won’t list them all but here are a few: my artistic & graphic arts have improved, art on a magazine cover, art works at Manna Cafe, my new offering Art of the Month and increased blog readership.

To say thank you to each of you who have supported me on this journey I am giving you a free down-loadable print (8.5″ x 10″, pdf format) of one of my favorite works. I often (don’t laugh) do a “happy dance” for thanks (at home by myself) and she looks like she doing the same:)

Again thank you all & enjoy

Give Props to Gratitude

Studies on actively engaging in gratitude have shown that it has an enormously positive effect on our lives. Yet in the go-go bustle of our day-to-day activities, and the pressures and stress of modern life, it’s easy to lose touch with it.

Let spending time on the following questions will increase the positive affects in your life.  Enjoy

What are you most grateful for?

What does gratitude feel like?

What sustains you on a daily basis?

What makes life easier?

If you had only one wish, what would you wish for?

What is different today than last year that you are grateful for?

How am I fortunate?

Who do you appreciate the most? and do they know?
