I have been bitten by the Halloween decorating bug, thanks to this week’s feature artist pricklygirl from Etsy.
I do not have a party planned for this year (I will be wearing something festive for the neighborhood children when I give out candy.) but if I did I want to use the plates and bowls shown in today’s photographs. I could find so many uses including: candy holder, chip holder, votive candle tray, part of a table centerpiece, spooky cup cake plate, on an easel in the kitchen and so on.

Today’s featured artists mindfulmatters was my Grand Opening contest winner. After the contest, I checked out the site and fell in love with her jewelry. The jewelry with it’s intricate design appeals to my analytical and creative sides.
We have communicated a bit and Diane says we are on the same wave length and I would agree with her. I think there should be a term for using both analytical and creative skills into one gorgeous item. So, from now on this this personal attribute will be called “anative”. You heard it hear first.
PS Earrings are also available
Today is day 14 of my challenge to create some type of art everyday for 14 days.
I have learned a lot about myself doing art this way. My sister would says this process has made my art is “more free”. I did not have time to be as picky and rigid about my art as I ordinarily would be and I am just as happy with the results.
Today, as promised here are three of ten holiday holiday pictures I have created.
Today is day 13 of my challenge to create some type of art everyday for 14 days.
I re-did the picture with rocks I did on Workday 4 and came up with two pictures from the same rocks. The big picture is an idea for a new print and/or post card. I have not thought of a saying yet. LEAVE ME A COMMENT and let me know what you think.
Come back tomorrow for holiday pictures.
Today is day eleven of my challenge to create some type of art everyday for 14 days.
Today’s offerings are something different, a series of 3 original paintings by me. They are abstract in design and of course I had to add just a little embellishment of gold foil (click on Read me to see complete pic).
And yes they will be available for sale soon, at my Etsy shop.
