In writing the popular saying is write about what you know. I think it’s the same with art “create what you know”. I love rocks, always have so ….. here’s what I am currently working on.
Enjoy,
Donna
I had indicated that new website features would begin September 1 that is now changing to September 14th.
I am also working on Christmas products and trying to develop a “product line”. I have learned — the hard way — to not begin to many projects at once. Can anyone relate? So I will take a couple of more weeks to complete some new creations and then start my new website features.
Of course I will still be blogging Monday through Friday. I still have work to share. Today’s pictures are from Home Scene, my home staging business.
Thanks for understanding,
Donna

Allow me the pleasure of announcing to you the Grand Opening of my Etsy shop.
Doon Art (http://etsy.com/shop/DoonArt) will give all the unique opportunity to browse, enjoy and/or purchase all of my artworks
Life presents us with a myriad of opportunities and I have recently chosen to live out my dream of creating art for a living. I think I can now officially call myself an “Artist”. I created a number of artworks, created forms and an inventory system, ordered business cards and packaging materials. I have opened my Doon Art shop on Esty, created a website, up loaded pictures to Flickr and started this blog.
I live and create in Madison, WI. When I am not doing something art related I can be found spending time with friends or family, usually including my two lovely grandchildren.
“I art who I am” means that my artwork reflects where my time, energy and emotions are at that time. For example, right now I am feeling very optimistic and in control of my life and I think that is reflected in my current works.
