Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. I find beauty in the way fresh snow encompasses our surroundings, the way the light dances off of everything. I find it to be like moving through a post card. Enjoy
The first two are of a little church near downtown Madison and the last three photographs are from around my neighborhood.
Donna, I just love your aesthetic. These pictures are so lovely, with the snow, and the subtle coloring, and layered and framed look. I like that you add texture to an ordinary scene by taking the photo through branches. Bravo!
PS I have a prose poem entitled A Symphony of Snow, will share it with you privately.
Thank you for your comments, I do so appreciate being appreciated for my technique. Thanks for enjoying, Donna
These are lovely, Donna. That little church is where I got married, many years ago. I love the way you have set frames within frames and used reflections in these pieces. Just beautiful!
Thank you so much for your kind response, for recognizing the little church (I wanted to get married here) and for appreciating my technique. Thanks for enjoying, Donna
